Please read the booking notes below. They contain important information about the Celebration (including information about children attending the festival).

Booking Notes
Accommodation Single, twin and double rooms are very limited and priority will be given to those who book for the whole Celebration. Information on local accommodation is available on request.
Car Parking On-site parking is limited so please take advantage of our pick-up service or car-pool where possible. If you require car parking you must book in advance.
Children Children are welcome but special conditions apply. If you wish to bring a child under 16 please ask for a separate booking form. Please note children cannot be accommodated in dormitories, single or twin/double rooms. Children aged 2-15 who are camping or non-resident are charged half price, and there is no charge for children under 2.
Confirmation Letter You will receive your confirmation via mail or email. Please bring this letter with you to register at the Celebration Registration Desk or be ready to show photo identification.
Dates & Times The Festival begins with dinner at 5.30pm on 2 April and finishes at 2pm on 5 April. Celebration fees do not include accommodation on the night of the 5 April. Early arrival and late stay accommodation is available – please see booking form.
Registration Registration is after 2pm on Friday 2 April, on other days please go to Reception.
Special Needs There are toilet and shower facilities available for disabled people. Access to the main building and Temple is ramped but we regret that some areas of the site are inaccessible to wheelchair users. Please write to us in advance to discuss any special requirements – we will do our best to meet your needs.
