Bookings open 11am EST Monday 8th September 2008
- Accommodation Single, twin and double rooms are very limited and priority will be given to those who book for the whole Festival. For twin and double rooms please specify who you will be sharing with and complete a separate form per person. Information on local accommodation is available on request.
- Cancellation/Refund To receive a refund of your Festival registration payment, less the 25% deposit, you must cancel your booking before 24th December 2008.
- Car Parking On-site parking is limited so please take advantage of our pick-up service (see booking form) or car-pool where possible. If you require car parking you must book in advance.
- Children Children are welcome but special conditions apply. If you wish to bring a child under 16 y.o. please ask for a separate booking form. Please note children cannot be accommodated in dormitories. Children aged 2 – 15 who are camping or non-resident are charged half price, and there is no charge for children under 2.
- Confirmation Letter You will receive your confirmation via mail or email. Please bring this letter with you to register at the Festival Registration Desk or be ready to show photo identification.
- Dates The Festival begins with supper at 6pm on 31 December and finishes at 2pm on 4 January. Festival fees do not include accommodation on the night of the 4th January. Early arrival and late stay accommodation is available – please see booking form.
- Part Festival Bookings Bookings for people staying on-site are charged from 6pm on the first day to 6pm on the second day. Bookings for people staying off-site are charged from 9am to 9pm daily.
- Registration Registration is between 2pm and 7pm on Wednesday 31 December, on other days please go to Reception.
- Special Needs There are toilet and shower facilities available for disabled people. Access to the main building and Temple is ramped but we regret that some areas of the site are inaccessible to wheelchair users. Please write to us in advance to discuss any special requirements – we will do our best to meet your needs.
