Gen Kelsang Rabten, the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director for Australia, is a Western Buddhist monk who has taught Buddhist thought, meditation and practice for many years. He is an inspiring example of the peace and joy we can all accomplish through applying meditation in our daily life.
Through learning Buddhist meditation we can find freedom from worries, discomfort and fear and come to enjoy a pure happiness. We do not need to give up our jobs, our friends or our families. Kadampa Buddhists use every element of their life as part of their spiritual journey.
